Ahead Psychology is an established and trusted private practice of highly qualified and experienced psychologists. We are based at Grange, in the inner north of Brisbane.

Treatment approaches include:

• Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) a practical, time-limited treatment approach to help people motivate, activate and sustain lasting change through modification of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) an empirically based form of behavioural therapy to enhance psychological well being that uses strategies such as mindfulness, acceptance of thoughts and mood states, and commitment to values based living and behavioural changes.
• Mindfulness, strategies to allow you to be in the present moment with awareness, openness, and acceptance rather than continuously analysing and judging, categorising and worrying and being (over) critical of yourself and others.
